When I tried to cancel my dead father's subscription, the customer service representative said that she needed to speak to the account holder, my father. My DEAD father. They wanted to continue taking money out of a dead man's bank account for a service he was no longer using.

This Company lies about the service. As a consumer purchasing a product we have the right to cancel. This company threatened me they would report it to my credit report. As a consumer we have rights to do this. companies do not like it and threaten you with this type of response. I still canceled the service just prove to them they cannot scare me. Do not trust this company. Corporate America thinks they have consumers over a barrel. They are wrong.
