I've been a Verizon customer for 17 years. Today that is changing. I found myself making excuses for their horrible customer service for years now. It used to be they had the best coverage. Everyone knows this is simply not even close to being true now. Their are entire half portions of local major cities that Verizon has no connection for. ie East Nashville, NW Nashville, Half of Franklin etc. I went into the store today and it was the typical 20 customers with problems and like 1-2 employees. So I was told it is a 1-2 hour wait, then after hearing my issue I was told. "Unlimited data doesn't mean you have unlimited data". Look, I just wanna know why my phone doesn't work. Plain and simple. I'm going to ATT where they were happy to see me. Eager to help me find a solution. This review section is filled with the same comments. This has been how this location has been since it opened. They will not change it. Literally anyone who has had customer service issues knows what is up with Verizon. 17 years Verizon.... We are done and it is the fault of the people you choose to represent your brand. UPDATE after Verizon reply. I love the automated response they give. "Say you could care less, without saying you could care less."
