Years ago when Ms Ruby worked there, she gave us a recipe for a soup to help with my husbands bronchitis I believe. I remember that there was a lot of garlic in it. Is there any chance o get that recipe again. I have misplaced the original.

Here’s what Ruby remembers:
17 cloves garlic
3 onions
3 or 4 stalks celery
3 carrots
3 or 4 potatoes with peeling
Chicken broth (could use vegetable broth or water)
Cayenne
Bring to boil and let simmer until vegetables are soft
