Thanks to Carmen, we attained the best car we ever had. Our Tesla equipped the way we wanted sells very quickly and is hard to find . She honored or our out of state deposit and told other would be buyers it was sold. Three days later we arrived and drove it back to Virginia. Thanks Again Carmen!

We attempted to negotiate an acceptable price for both parties. After we were given a verbal quote they backtracked and said the owner would not sell the car for the price agreed upon by the finance manager. Then raised the price again another $500 and stated they had another buyer. They said they would sell the car $1000 above the originally quoted price after 7 days of negotiating. Thought I was dealing with “Fast Eddie!”
