Rich, their sales person in the Cape Coral location was extremely helpful and nice. No pressure. We compared prices everywhere & they were all equal. We decided to buy locally rather than from big box and will probably get better service with installation.

Wow! Good size store with lots to choose from! The salesman Fausto who waited on us, really knew his products. He also was kind, humble and very helpful of what we were looking for in a Washer & Dryer. You just can't go wrong in dealing with this store which have been in business for 68years. So, they must be doing something right! I do recommend if you are in need of any appliance, I suggest you go here first and check them out! Bought a TV. Upon delivery I watched the delivery person strike the top of the box 4 times. Really hard blows. Not surprised the screen was damaged; and although they wanted to reschedule, I cancelled the sale.
