A bad joke. The convertible ordered for 10:00 a.m. was not there at 12:00 p.m. either. In order not to have to spend the whole day waiting, we switched to an available SUV. After all, there was a discount, but the station is not a recommendation. We'll try somewhere else next time. update 20.6. : Reduce my 2 star rating to 1 star. Received a call this morning saying there was damage to the vehicle. The deposit was charged with $300. A renewed visit to the branch was necessary for clarification. Luckily we had filmed the vehicle all around when we took it over (absolute recommendation for everyone who still books here) and could prove the opposite... Honestly, I've booked almost 100 rental cars in the US and this was the worst experience of all.

I rented a car from this location recently. When i dropped the car off in perfect condition. I inspected the car with the person who picked me up and there was zero damage to the vehicle. Since then i've been receiving emails claiming there is damage to the car, but this location refuses to respond to any of my requests for pictures of the damage and/or their parking lot security footage. If they didn't make up the damage, it obviously happened while the car was in their possession and they're trying to blame it on me. They robbed me of my security deposit. Do not trust these lying scumbags!
