The staff here was so helpful and kind, I got lost on my way to my appointment ended running late because of that and they called to check in and even gave me step by step directions to the office. They also stayed on the phone until I was sure I was no longer lost lol

Trying to get an appointment with the NP takes 3 months. The referral process is even worse. The assistants continually drop the ball on referrals. This practice is not sensitive to their patients needs. I feel totally ignored.
