I have to give this place a 5 star review! I really do enjoy living here as ive been living here for almost a year now! The Grounds are ALWAYS kept nice! The pool Area is great with the grill and the fire pit! Its a nice quiet area not far from the grocery store or in my case where i work. The staff is So kind!! they really helped us out! SUPER PET FRIENDLY! they even have two dog parks!! my Favorite thing about this place is they have local food trucks come out to the complex! so getting off work and coming home to a food truck makes for a relaxing evening not worrying about dinner!

So a couple months ago I (and a potential roommate) paid $400 as a security deposit to lock in an apartment here. I was 100% promised this money back (as it is JUST a security deposit) by the now unemployed manager. I ended up taking my home off the market and no longer needed the apartment. When I called to cancel I was AGAIN promised my money back. I spoke to the new manager today and she essentially told me to kick rocks and that I will not be getting my money back. Total scam and total dictator of a building manager!
