Men’s rights law firm did an incredible job representing my family. They are fully transparent and honest with their work which helped out with expectation management. I was very impressed with how Ginine Hanco and Milly Blanco handled and organized evidence for my case. I felt protected and anxiety free.

I will first mention Milly Blanco who I had most of my communication with. Milly is an amazing paralegal at Mens rights law firm and I believe a real asset to that firm, every email(there were plenty) was responded to with almost an instant response, I could never have asked for more, always concerned for my best interests and putting in the time and effort to make sure I had the best representation possible. Thank you Milly❤️ My attorney Ginine was equally as impressive and when the time came to get my divorce done she fought for me as hard as I could have ever asked we spent 10hrs in mediation and she was tough but shockingly we laughed a lot thank you so much Mens Rights law firm for turning what was supposed to be the worst time of my life into one of the best times. However I hope I never need your help again. Much ❤️

Hi Jay. Every case is uniquely different, but in general, leaving the home without a temporary custody arrangement is a set-up for problems. Give a call to the firm at your convenience to discuss further.
The firm does give back to the community in the form of pro bono work. Of course, this is not possible for all clients, and each case is evaluated at the time of the consultation. Thank you for your interest in the firm.
I'm not an attorney. You should call one and ask this question.
In Florida, alimony may be granted to either the husband or wife and is based on one party’s needs and the other party’s ability to pay. If a divorce leaves one spouse without an income or ability to support themselves and the other spouse has sufficient income, then alimony may be granted to the spouse who is unable to support themselves. Sometimes alimony is for a temporary period while the receiving spouse gains skills, employment and financial independence. Permanent alimony continues until the receiving spouse remarries or either spouse dies. It is also possible that the court may order a lump sum alimony payment.
In Florida a judge must begin with the assumption that each parent will have equal time with the children and equal responsibilities and decision-making power (unless there is evidence that this arrangement would be detrimental to the child). Then the judge considers circumstances that will impact an equal sharing arrangement. For example, when developing a timesharing plan, these include each parent’s work schedule, the child’s school schedule and location, the location of each parent, the living arrangements of each parent, and similar circumstances. Lifestyle choices may also play a role in determining a parenting plan. If one parent exhibits a pattern of irresponsible behavior or social habits that may be deemed harmful to a child, that parent is likely to receive less time sharing with the child and less decision-making authority.
