This is completely unprompted - these men are the nicest people on the planet and made a usually frustrating experience seemingly pleasant. I worked with Terry but the other two were equally hardworking and helpful! No idea why this store has 3 stars - much better than the customer service phone line. Thank you!!!

I have only visited this store once, so my review is largely for a worker, Terry, specifically. I had a 4:40pm appointment on a Sunday afternoon to exchange a faulty router. My wife works from home and needed the internet working for multiple video calls for work the next day. When I showed up, there was a line of customers waiting outside. I learned that there was only one worker in the store because the rest had called out sick and only one customer was allowed into the store at a time. I sat outside with my two-year-old son hoping the one worker would still be willing to see us even though we would not be seen by 5:00pm, which was not our fault, but was also not his fault. I fully expected the worker to come outside at 5:00pm and let us all know that, even though some of us had appointments, he was going to close up the store and we would have to come back another time. To my great surprise, Terry was not only willing to honor my appointment but would also see the few others behind me in line. This may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to me, who had rushed across Raleigh with my young son for the last appointment of the day to get a router for my wife's work that she needed for the next day. Thank you, Terry, for stepping up when you were the only one in your office at the store and probably wanted nothing more than to just go home for the day. Thank you!!

Only 1 staff person working, long wait. Mark an appointment before going

I went her for the first time and they were very fast and they have probably the best cell phone service deals.

And when you waste 1-2 hours turning in ur equipment, make sure u take picture of ur receipt and u handing in ur equipment because Spectrum's SOP is to charge u for the equipment ($78 for modem only) anyway. Then u have to waste another 1-2 hours proving u returned ur equipment and wait for them to properly credit u. Good reason to cut the cable.
Yes you can, but be prepared for a wait. You have to get in line.
Yes, they are contracted with The UPS Store (Not UPS - dont ask me what the difference is). You can literally just drop equipment off there at no charge. Super quick.
Yes. You can just go into the store and handle your business instead of calling. It's a lot faster.
Sure can as long as it is a spectrum office 😂🤣!
Def recommend making an appointment ... you are separated by appointments and non-appointments!
Every store has a direct number, they just don't give it out! They make you wait on the phone for over 20 minutes on hold just to speak with a representative!
