Very chaotic and unprofessional! Blantant favoritism They hire ANYBODY. They knowingly have employees behaving inappropriately around other employees for long period...only for management to call for current employees for the accused to get their jobs back having them sign documentation to keep it “hush hush”. trainers/SMEs have favorites they want to answer to first in the chat. supervisors not appropriately trained to resolve conflicts for campaign they’re over and not know how to work the phone lines(conference, consult, warm transfer, cold transfer) & say no to agents for questions and sup requests. They hire for $12-13/hr-ONLY as a contract. Once permanent, your pay is cut down near minimum way. Very basic health insurance very high premium.

Wouldn’t recommend working for this company. Fast training and a ton of information expected to retain. Constant calls all day long and restricted breaks. Honestly should try your luck at a different job.

Most generally yes...they are literally ALWAYS hiring..they have a hard time keeping staff...and trust me...there is a reason they cant keep staff.

@ Teresa Johnson.. If me wanting to work at a place that requires work on the weekends then, that's what I am going to do. So as for you, you can do whatever u choose to do on the weekend. So keep that negativity comment to yourself and keep it pushing... Please and thanks
