Dr Macri is good, I have no complaint about her. My issue is with the office staff and office manager. I had an AM appointment on Thursday, which was done over the telephone. I add the appointment to the calendar on my cellphone. Before the call ended, I am in the habit of recapping; going over date and time. I show up for my appointment to be told they couldn't find me. The receptionist then stated she found my appointment but it was cancelled. I never cancelled it. Then she stated it was not for today but on7/9. Which turned out to be a Saturday. Why was the appointments made for a Sat and if cancelled because they realized the error, why wasn't I contacted? On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I had to wait an hour. I can accept the doctor being behind schedule, but the staff should notify the patients. We should be advised of the delay, and asked if we wanted to wait or reschedule. I complained to Dr. Macri who would have the office manager call me. The call was prompt in coming, but all I heard were excuses. They're having problems with their system, the office staff will be reminded to speak to patients when there is a delay. Not quite sure what I expected, but it was not the brush off I got.
