The manager created such a hostile atmosphere it was palpable. She followed me around the store. I couldnt even shop as she kept asking literally every 20 to 30 seconds if I found what I was looking for. But when I needed help she couldnt be bothered and at one point told me they didnt have a product... one I found on my own and purchased. She ruined my relaxing shopping trip and made me feel like a criminal for shopping. My peace of mind is precious. So is my money. Will shop elsewhere.

I LOVE Michael's! They give great coupons and prices aren't bad either. Nice clean store with just about anything you could possibly need.
