Staff is rude almost every time I come and takes a very long time to get work done for the ID card office.

The place is an office building. The work went as quick and efficiently as possible. The soldier was professional and timely. She was extremely thoughtful, helpful and she knew her job well. She performed in an outstanding manner. She kept us informed every step of the process. It took a bit longer because of slow computer connections that day. It happens. All went well with our appointments. Outstanding!!!

Go on https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/rsl/appj/site?execution=e1s1 Thats the ID card facility appointment setting webpage. All instructions are on there.
A vet ID card is not issued at this location. If you are retired, received a retirement letter, you should reach out this ID card office so they can work with you personally and more specific to your situation, but a veteran ID card can not be obtained at this location.
Thank you Ryan,Have a nice day.
For service members and gold Star family members only

How old is your son?
Yes, you can get a spouse ID (retired or non retired) at this location.
They do have an ID card office.
You must go through your unit. However, if you aren't on active duty orders, it's not likely.
Appointments are highly recommended. See the NCNG public website for contact numbers.
Dependents can receive ID cards at this location.
If your children are not enrolled in the system, you will need their birth cert and social security cards. If your children are in the system and they're under 18 then no documentation is needed for them to receive an ID. If they are over 18 two forms of ID is required. (Drivers license, state ID, school ID with a picture). Hope this helps.
No.
No there isn't. Ft Bragg is the servicing clothing and sales.
Going through the VA to make a claim would be your best bet. Once you are rated at 100%, THEN you can go to your Nearest ID card office and they will set you up with an ID.
