Called because a perishable package I had was being held for pickup because I had a mail hold on while on vacation. I asked if it could be delivered so that it wouldn't sit there spoiling and they accommodated my request despite the mail hold being active. I got a neighbor to pick up the package. Great service!

Awesome experience! I didn’t put my complete address on the package and they kept my package safe for a few more days to wait on a response from me. Once I told them what was up, I gave them my full address and they said either I can pick it up later today or get it delivered tomorrow and obviously since I’m a busy person I asked them to deliver it tomorrow which is awesome cuz the package arrived earlier than expected! So thank you for the help and friendly attitude

I come here all the time to ship things out that i’ve sold on marketplaces like eBay and Mercari and i’ve never had any problems!

Apparently they get to make up their own hours. I showed up 2 minutes to close, just so I could pick up a package they said I missed, and it was already closed. I'm constantly getting we missed you slips, but I have never once heard them knock on my door. I just want my medicine.

I would call the main post office number and formally file either a complaint or suggestion.
Yes! As long as you package is paid for you're good! It will lock after it is full, though.
Yes. You can get a passport at any post office.
I think you should be able to. They accept both cash and card payments there.
Yes you can,
If you can not deliver a package to your home. They leave a paper that says pick up at the post office. If they can not deliver a package to your house. They leave a paper saying pick up at the post office
I'd suggest you call and make a more formal complaint with the post office. If it's a chronic problem, and you need them to accommodate you, you have to formally request such things.
You can, but you have to have created an account with USPS and have verified your email address is associated with your physical address. Also the service isn't available in some areas, i think it has to do with geographically remote addresses.
Yes, but they will ask you to verify some info first.
