This place has completely gone downhill. I have gone here for 10+ years and in the past few years have been horrible. The front desk staff have completely ruined it for these doctors. Carmen was a phenomenal doctor and the only reason I came back. But after coming in multiple times for apts and being told that I have my times incorrect I’m over the miscommunication on their part.

I have no idea what all these bad reviews are about. I was recommended to use Bellevue Family Practice 20 years ago and I have not ever been disappointed once. They are helpful, friendly, efficient, have good follow ups/call backs and more than once gone the extra mile for me, and I am no one special.

The Dr. I saw, Dr. Biskup, I had an experience like no other, hands down one of the best! I was seen in July of 2021, again in September 2021 and was scheduled to come back in January but had to reschedule and the next available date was in April. During this course of time None of the staff ever mentioned that I had an outstanding balance from my FIRST visit, until I received an extremely unprofessional call in January 2022 from a lady in the billing department. Started the conversation off by stating I have a balance and if I don't pay it I will go to collections and my appointment will be cancelled. I tried to explain I had not received an invoice regarding this balance... At no point in time did she state 1- what I owed for or 2-what my balance was. After an unprofessional conversation I called back immediately and left a voicemail regarding this call and asked to be called back by someone else to discuss my balance. Never got a call back, so I called again and talked to a very pleasant lady who provided my balance in detail, but also stated I had already been sent to collections and that they could not schedule me until that balance was paid through the collection agency. I explained a little bit of the first conversation that I had with the rude lady and told her unfortunately because of this I would not be returning. I also told her that in my previous collection role I would have never made a call like this. They need new people in the billing department before they run all of the patients away!!

Mrs Lopez, I will check on this Monday. If you are referring to a family member, statements were sent however the postal service returned the last statement. We did stop statements because of the bad address. I am sorry for the problem. I will discuss this with the biller. If you want to call me at BFP Monday, I will discuss this. We are no longer using the outside billing company.
