I just have to say that the Avance Care Neurology us amazing! Not that we want to go to the doctors, but when we go we want a good one. We have been to several specialists, seen a lot of doctors this year. We have been treated many different ways. From the time we walk into the waiting room, we are treated so amazingly well. All the ladies there are so pleasant and greet you with smiles. The neurologist we see, Doctor Fadia, is fantastic. She explains things, takes the time to show you, and she even sent referrals for scans while she was in the room with us. The wonderful lady that took us in the room, oh she was a gem! I really have nothing bad to say about this place. They have treated myself and my daughter extremely well!! Thank you!!!

Be very cautious! I have a stomach issue to the point where I could barely walk. I had all kinds of blood work and dye etc. DUKE Primary told me that nothing is wrong with me. I’m also a pre transplant patient. Now I’m on my way to UNC to get a second opinion because I know something is wrong. I’m 41 and never had stomach issues. Be very VERY cautious. I seen doctor Lawrence and it took them many days to read my lab results to me. I basically had to call and complain….

I recently established care here as a new patient. The facility is beautiful. This decor in the office is nice. The office is very spacious (which is comforting in pandemic times). The technology is very up-to-date. They can weigh you in the treatment chair! Which I found interesting and helpful. The front office staff could be a tad bit more personable, but was not rude my any means. The medical assistants I've encountered were very charming. In full transparency the first doctor I saw just wasn't a good fit for me. (Not to say the doctor was a bad doctor, just not the right fit for me.) I called back and spoke to Kristin the nurse manager and she was very helpful and understanding. She got me in the next day to transfer care to another doctor. I saw Dr. McNeal. She is PHENOMENAL! She was very Thorough and compassionate, while educating at the same. Establishing a new PCP, in a new city, with prior health conditions can be a daunting task. I'm very happy to have found this office and Dr. Mc Neal. I highly recommend her and the office.

Here for an appointment with a different provider in the building. All of the Duke staff you must check in with have masks below their nose. We've been coming for months and this is the first time I've noticed it. But we had no option but to interact with them to enter the building.

(Based off my experience) They actually do take walk-ins at any of their locations, you just have to call and find out what the available times are being that you'll be placed for the best time based off appointments.
