The specific person who worked with me didn’t make me feel welcomed. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and I wasn’t encouraged to have a snack or drinks. In the beginning of the process I didn’t receive any instruction. The guy who took my car didn’t speak and just walked up to me. I feel the overall communication could have been better.
