Won't service your car if you are not a regular customer. Manager doesn't return calls. I don't understand that policy as long as you are getting paid. I will travel to Ray Catena in Edison NJ or drive to Delaware. I give them zero stars.

Definitely awful! Definitely unprofessional! Definitely bias! Truly, the most awful interactions I’ve ever had with any car dealership. So many assumptions were made and it showed in the way they spoke to me. I mean just Deplorable and lazy. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

Great buying experience, I may have purchased throughout my life 20 plus vehicles. The service that I received was by far the very best, the customer service from Jaguar Cherry Hill, NJ, salesman Adam Butler was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is in the market of a Jaguar or Land Rover to contact Jaguar Cherry Hill NJ, even if you have to travel out of State like I did to buy a vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the very best I would give the dealership and the salesman Adam Butler a 10.5.
