The staff was great, the free breakfast was outstanding! The location downtown allows for a direct run to the airport, which was why we chose it. We were pleasantly surprised they offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport! The only reason for not a 5 start rating is because when we entered the room, we noticed a wash cloth from a previous guest was behind the toilet. Details count in the hotel business.

Positive: Staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We needed extra towels and trash bags and both were provided with a smile. Free breakfast was a plus and tasted as expected. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Lobby & breakfast areas were clean. Negative: Upon arrival there were large piles of dirty hotel laundry in a maintenance room that were spilling out into the hallway to the point the door couldn't close. It was taken care of the next day. Pool needs updates. Overall room cleanliness could be better.

Felt dirty. The pool had large chunks of hair in and around it. Our room was okay, but we found blood on the wall and on the faucet when we got there. There was more hair in our bathroom on the floor and in the tub. We also found opened container of snacks in one of the cupboards in our room. In the hallways there was garbage on the floor and a dirty towel hanging out of the room labeled "storage". The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly, but the hotel and room was not clean.

Upfront staff a gentleman and lady were very kind. The pool area contained a large pool with a hot tub - nice and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was not overcrowded . The complimentary breakfast was delicious one of the best we've had( mini omletes, sausage links, potatoes, cereal, fruits, waffle makers, muffins, and several drink choices) we've stayed at several other areas near the old market and we would choose this over those again.
