Such a great place to be in! The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and kind! If I needed anything, they were always happy and free to help! The rooms are nice and clean! The location of the hotel is perfect, there are many restaurants and shops near by within walking distance. Also theres breakfast every morning! I highly recommend this place! My first time here and experience has been great!

Great location - we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Omaha again! Our room was pretty nice, albeit a little dated. We definitely wish there had been a microwave. There was also a strange clicking noise - maybe coming from the thermostat? The hotel overall was clean, and the staff was super friendly. The parking garage is super convenient, but pretty cramped and can be difficult to navigate. Regardless though, this location can’t be beat.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Parking is convenient and free. They offer many options for breakfast including hot, fresh eggs and sausage. Every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Their location in the Old Market is very convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, bars/breweries, and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!

Request for high floor honored. Very pleasant staff. Good exterior soundproofing-could very vaguely hear the trains just a few blocks away. Large room for a very reasonable-last minute-price. Only flaw was a design issue… the sink faucet barely reaches over the counter lip. When washing your hands, water gets on the counter. (Photos included)
