This rating and review is based off observations alone while attending a convention being held on the grounds. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The layout was nice and once you were away from the main part of the convention the sound quieted down immediately. Will most definitely give this place a look if we need a room in the area.

The place was cleaned only once during the 5 days we stayed there. Current pandemic protocols don’t support inability to clean. When the staff was asked why, they said I should have carefully read the fine print before booking— a four star hotel really?

It's cool there. Nice room, incredibly friendly staff; no complimentary breakfast. Maybe lower your room rates and kill the"pay for tv" & "pay to park your car" and I'll come back 13+ times a year ! But -no- for now ... For now: no thank you. Thank you, however, for a peaceful stay 🤍 it's just what we needed 🤍

Rooms could use an update. Hotel staff did a great job of getting us a new room, because I recently injured my knee and was on crutches. One wing of their hotel is ridiculously long, and our original room was at the very far end. They changed my room for one near the elevator with no hassle. So staff are phenomenal. Place is clean. Facilities/rooms need an upgrade and remodel.

If you self park it in the garage, it's $15/night. Vallet parking is $21/night + tip.

The guestrooms do not have jacuzzi's. There is a Whirlpool in the Pool area however that is complimentary to all guests.

There's a coffee machine but not a Keurig, it's a Cuisinart branded machine.
We only parked our vehicle there for a week while we flew out. They were great

Parking is $18/day. Didn't do breakfast or swim. Sorry I can't help more. Loved the hotel though.
Be careful. I booked with $50/day hotel amenities they charged my room AND my card. Breakfast isn't free and that is clearly posted tbh.
