The sandwich was old, had been sitting there for who knows how long.. the chicken was old dry and extra crunchy, I almost broke my tooth on it! We went to get some freeze lemonades and the machine was down so they gave us just regular freaking lemonade in cups.. the manager said she was short staff, and the front end of the restaurant was not open for seating.. but when we went through the drive-thru, when we looked in the window, we can see clearly that there were at least six people in there! So sad about that location.. I will not be going there again! Trust me!

I ordered online expecting my food would be ready. When I arrived they had not even started my order. I told the girl working the counter that I was waiting for an online order and my name. After standing there for 20 minutes and watching people order finish their lunch and leave. They had not even started my order. I wasted my entire lunch break standing there waiting for food I never even got. And I have been there a couple of other times and they got my order wrong every time. Worst Popeyes in Omaha without a doubt!!!!

So dried out and ard couldn't eat it. Forgot my blacken ranch. Then totally RUDE manager that should be fired had the nerve to tell at me for calling back and complaining after asking all crapily do you have your reciept like she was already sure they forgot to give it to me. Strongly debating crumpling up all the tinders down to stale crumbs and going back into the lobby and throwing the mess all across the floor in every direction and saying let the manager pick it up herself. That would be worth the 12 dollars I wasted on this 5 piece pack of rocks
