The drive through was not too busy but there was a car waiting for their order which was holding up the line. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo with fries and a drink. The sandwich was really good. The fries were semi cold. I might give them one more try before calling it a no go.

I very very rarely give less than a five-star negative feedback but after a 30-minute wait in a fast food Drive-Thru ....!! Their chicken is always really great and order was correct but 30 minutes in a drive-thru!!!

Went here for a Doordash. They hadn’t started either order I needed to pick up till I got there. Then I watched this guy in the picture accidentally hit the girls head in the picture with tongs and continued to pack an order of chicken with it after. They also weren’t wearing gloves and when I first pulled up, the manager was outside smoking a cigarette right in front of the front door. They were so unprofessional. No hair nets, I heard cursing in the back, and I waited a good 5 minutes before the girl even acknowledged me.

5223 N 30th St Not a good experience. The lady in the drive through kept telling me to hold on and then once I was able to say my order "classic chicken sandwich" she would say "umm hold on.... What" this repeated about 5 times before I just drove to the window as she just stared at me..... "I wanted to order a classic chicken sandwich" I proceeded to say. Anyways the location is terrible as well considering I was stuck in the drive through awaiting the traffic to move so i could pull off onto the street. Oh but theres more... After about 15min of that bull sh*t I take a few bites into my sandwich and it tasted mushey as im aftaid to look at it i notice it had a layer of yellow (not even sure) mooshy stuff on the whole top layer between the chicken and breading...... Worst experience of my life!!!
