I went at lunch time and they were busy. The store was immaculately clean. Normally not the case at the majority of Popeyes I’ve been to in the Midwest. The workers were pleasant. Food was fresh quick and accurate. Thanks and keep it up!

I placed an order through Uber eats with y'all I spoke to this women over the phone to make sure everything was included in my order and she CLAIMED that everything was included. I get my order and I was missing my second soda, my second fries and my second biscuit that was supposed to be for cousin 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 And my food was bad it was greasy and dry my fries were cold and my soda was diluted bad with no taste like it was another customers that decided they didn't want it so y'all gave it to me. Worst experience ever even my biscuit was dried out and was choking me.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru the other day for food here. Ordered a chicken sandwich with Mac & cheese as the side and a Strawberry Lemonade. The chicken was completely pink and raw on the inside like it wasn’t all the way. The Mac & cheese looked brown, was seriously bland and ended up having a hair in it. And the lemonade was so sour I couldn’t drink it. Tbh, after waiting 30 minutes in line, it would have been nice if they could have gotten at least ONE thing right. Was very hungry. Got very sick later that night from the little I did try to eat. I understand everyone gets busy and has bad days but this was like the worst fast food experience I think I’ve ever had. And they didn’t even give me my receipt so I could leave a real review with them or complain or ask for a refund or anything. Will not be back. Do not come here unless you want to get sick smh.

I'll start by saying the menu board was not working. Fortunately for me I've ate at Popeyes all across the United States so i already knew what I wanted. I Ordered a 5 piece BLACKENED strip meal. I've ordered it 100 times before, I know exactly what to expect when I order that meal. Usually .... Tonight I got plain naked strips. I took it to the counter and showed them and told them that I ordered Blackened strips and got these instead. They looked at me blankly and then asked what was wrong with them. I explained that my strips were not Blackened. The lady literally looked at me and said "so you want them cooked until they're black?" Good lord. After almost a full minute of explaining to her what "Blackened " meant she finally brought a cook up to talk to me. I explained to him and finally he offered to remake them after admitting he also didn't see an issue with the strips in my box. Staff was not very trained about their menu. We were also served Mac and cheese that was "dead" in restaurant terms. It was not appropriate to be served. Definitely expired. Will never return to this location. Picture #1 is initially what I received. The "Blackened" chicken was literally the color of the fries. 2nd picture is what I received after they begrudgingly made me new chicken.
