The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was a HUGE issue !! They serve dark roast, light roast and Decaf The problem is it not coffee at all it is colored water with NO flavor!!!!!! It’s really bad when the room coffee is better then the buffet coffee. People if your a coffee person don’t stay here or maybe just walk down to the Holiday Inn and act like your one of the guests there, that’s the only way to get a decent cup of coffee at this Hampton

Was way over charged for my stay and while I was staying I'd noticed a double charge and when I went down and talked to the front desk they told me they didn't even see my initial charge so they charged me a 3rd time! I was out over $1000 that I didn't have and I spent over a week fighting to get the money back and explaining to my bank the whole situation. The manager had extremely poor response time and after contacting corporate I was able to get proof all the money would be returned that was over charged plus an additional amount to be returned for my trouble. Welp I got back the over charged part but never did receive the credit for all the issues it caused. Over a week I got to stress about this it was definitely not worth it. Plus on top of all that we saw online there was a hot tub and there wasn't one and the first day of our stay the pool was broken and we got no sleep thanks to the people next door throwing a loud party until well after midnight. Never again will I stay here.

Nice, modern hotel near the casino. Workout room, indoor pool, and river view rooms. Plenty of easy parking. My room was very comfortable. A nice, new king-size bed. The furniture is all new and very comfortable (chaise lounge and even the office chair.) Cable has plenty to offer on a nice, large LCD TV (42"?). Bathroom is nice...a large shower and plenty of counter space. Nice and quiet. There is an indoor walkway all the way to the casino for food options and whatever else. The staff is super nice, too. I'll definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking lot had plenty of room for our truck and trailer. Relatively close to a couple of places to eat for dinner. Breakfast served at 6 which was great since we wanted to be on the road early.
