Dr Scott was great, the best Physician I’ve ever met in my life , the rest of the staff not so much.. I couldn’t sleep without aid for the first week. Food was mediocre on the best of days , entertainment was minimal. Staff was damn near oblivious at all times , neglected violence actual needs ect. Security was timid. I’m grateful for the help I received , just would have preferred better communication with my family. It shouldn’t feel like solitary confinement, when you’re trying to get help.

That place is horrible. I have PTSD because of that place. I never ever want to go back there. There is no help in that place at all.

Horrible horrible horrible place . This place will violate the patients rights . Nobody has a straight answer for anything . The workers have no idea what they are doing . The patients are neglected . Just having a loved one there will drive you crazy too. I feel truly sorry for the patients that are in there because they can’t afford a better place . Something needs to be done about this place .

No there isn't. At Madden, every single inmate is 100% cut off from the entire outside world.
They can hold you for life, like a convicted serial killer.
They can keep you for as long as 90 years, life even! The place is a prison.
All visitations have been banned at Madden by the new warden.
You can no longer visit patients there anymore, they discontinued that a year ago.
There are no visiting hours there anymore; all visitations have been permanently discontinued. Once you're in there, you're alone and on your own against the vicious staff, and if you break, they will cut you down.
