Providers are overbooked to the point of not being able to support their patients. Multiple calls required in order to get a provider to speak with you. Office staff and providers are rushed and short on calls. The whole environment appears intense and frantic. The providers are great during appointments but are clearly not being supported by the business set up and being overstretched. We will be looking for a practice more able to commit to supporting their patients.

My provider, who was fine enough, left the practice. I was scheduled for a virtual visit at 10:00 and at 9:30 I received an email link to the visit and waited (after all was said and done) for a half hour before someone finally determined that my provider was no longer in the practice. I was never notified. Also, here seems to be a lot of turnover. My experience with this practice indicates to me that they have administrative problems.
