Eleanor Health is not just a mental health and addiction treatment center. We can help you find pregnancy/OBGYN care, peer support, nutrition & wellness programs, and access to other community resources.
The quickest way to resolve a problem with your medication is to call the clinic during business hours.
If you missed your appointment or something came up and you have to reschedule - no worries! Things happen! Call the clinic as soon as you can so we can reschedule the appointment in a timely manner and make sure we stay on track with your recovery journey.
An outpatient rehab program offers treatment for drug & alcohol use that can be customized to meet your recovery goals, allows the flexibility to schedule treatment around work & home life schedules, and is oftentimes less expensive than inpatient treatment. Outpatient programs are customized to each community member's unique needs and offer an array of services including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual & group therapy, psychiatric care, and peer support specialists.
At Eleanor Health, we never want cost to be a barrier to care. We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Alliance, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Carolina Complete Health, Cigna, Medicare, Optum, United Healthcare, Wellcare and certain Medicaid plans. To find out how much your health insurance will cover, please call the clinic or fill out our insurance verification form: https://go.eleanorhealth.com/cary-insurance-form
