Family member received counseling here. They said it was OK, but their recodkeeping and office policies are substandard. Calls are not returned and often you can't even access voicemail - system just repeats. Billing staff seem unprofessional. Claims aren't filed properly. They need to get a better handle on the accounting and business end of things.
