A very nice sales rep sold who was doing his internship sold us the service. Unfortunately, he never said anything about the chemicals used damaging hardwood floor surfaces floors and carpet causing them to discolor when used. I asked him if they sprayed inside as well if needed. He said yes, they do that all the time. And that it was no issue. Thankfully, when the technician came out he asked me if I was aware of the damage that the chemicals they use causes to the interior floor surfaces? When I told him "No", he responded, "that's why I always ask before I spray because they do this to customers all the time and then I get yelled at". I called to cancel twice and explained why. The first customer service rep out of the gate was very disrespectful from the beginning. I have worked in customers rep positions and understand how difficult it can be to work with the public. Because of this, I make sure to be as understanding as possible.They still have not had a supervisor call back after being assured I would hear something back from them on both occasions. This is not a company that seems very ethical nor will they follow through on what they say. AVOID IF YOU CAN!
