Donte did a great job putting in a new vapor barrier and installing a dehumidifier and a sump pump. He was extremely considerate and professional. He showed me the finished project and explained how everything works and where the water will drain outside the house. He was very careful of the plants I have in that area. I was very impressed with him and all the Bug Out staff. Thank you!

I would give 11 if I could. Davis Webb is what great customer service is all about. He's personable, professional, and goes the extra mile to explain what service he is providing and asks every time if there are any issues that need to be addressed. And then he goes and executes the job and we have minimal pests and mosquitos. Davis represents the best of the best in everything he does to represent Bugout while providing an amazing customer experience. I look forward to when Davis rings my doorbell every time. When you have new team members come aboard, I certainly hope that they shadow Davis who leads by example. Thank you Davis, and thank you to Bugout for everything you do to keep us as bug free as you can.
