This place is really bad. I went there for several years but it didn't help much. I felt like I wasn't getting my needs met. I was looking for a therapist to help deal with child trauma. Instead, it felt like almost all the therapists didn't want to acknowledge it and developed a different treatment plan. One therapist tried to pressure me to take meds although I didn't need them. This is why I'm frustrated with therapists.

This place is horrible becareful. Since the merger with Carolina outreach the staff stinks. The meds people have no personal service. I'm going after the founder I'm going to find him/her and address all of this. It's all about money to thier company not about patients. Time to hold them and make them answer.

This place is a Godsend to me I don't know where I would be if I hadn't gotten help there.

I was directed to this clinic while in a state of desperation. I needed an appointment with a psychiatrist to leave the Holly Hills Outpatient Program and I knew my friend's father had been getting his medication from here. All the staff were lovely. The best thing that came out of this place was the relationship with my therapist, who I continued seeing once she moved to another clinic. The receptionists tried their best but it always seemed like they were never given the information needed to answer questions. I asked them multiple times if I had a balance to pay off in my account and from what they were told, I did not. I found it weird but I assumed insurance was just doing it's job. I stopped getting therapy and medicine from here in September of 2018. It's now March of 2019, and I just received a bill for all my sessions. I wish this place was good, but all I can say is that it was better than Holly Hills; a place that misdiagnosed me through a psychiatrist that refused to listen to me.

Yep... This place has no communication. Typical... No-one ever calls u back either.
It really is a problem. I feel stuck having to keep going back to them. If I didn't need meds, I would NOT bother. Note to public..... If you are suicidal, pray and seek counsel from a church or call 911.....tell anybody and everybody in order to get immediate assistance! You won't make it if you solely rely on Turning Point.
Turning point is no longer in business. The new company is called Carolina outreach.
Rainbow do some research Carolina outreach just bought turning point. If you need meds you can also device or get someone to take you. You also shouldn't wait till the last min to get meds filled. We as patients are responsible for our treatment it starts with us. They can only help as much as we make an effort
