Unfortunately the landlord doesn't tell the people living there to Water Sweep Pick up trash Once in a while. It would make a major difference.

I love living here know that the old manager is gone we have a great manager we know have a family park for sure kids out playing couples walking neighbors look out for each other

It's very nice and clean. Bathroom get a 4☆☆☆☆ rating from me and I'm sure others. Lots of playground equipment for kids swings ,slides, climbing rock, castle for kids to run threw ,car to play in and more .. ..
