I have not had working air consistently since I’ve moved in , despite multiple conversations with staff and maintenance. Doesn’t seem like anyone cares that it’s sweltering hot outside. My apartment is at 95 degrees and it’s 4am , imagine how hot it gets when it’s sunny out and its 100 degrees OUTSIDE. Always says it’s going to be fixed but it almost never happens and when it does it’s temporary. I don’t have any other issues other than the fact that I can never get my problems addressed and properly taken care of. I actually like living here , but I’m considering leaving just based off the fact that I don’t have ac and haven’t had it on consistently since I’ve moved in. It’s actually so uncomfortable sleeping without air and even more uncomfortable leaving my dog here everyday while I’m at work . When I get back he’s lethargic and weak . Same for me if i stay here during the day. Idk what else to even say it’s just sad

Worst apartments ever. The air barely works at all, neighbors always staring and sit on stairs all day, Trash everywhere, thin walls. Front office staff is very rude & Will outright lie to you about fixing issues. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything but instead they patch over what needs to be fixed. It’s 100 degrees outside. It’s a shame that it feels better outside rather than in the unit at times. Save yourself the stress & Don’t move here period!

I put a work order in that not has been fixed. My heat does not work. It's been 36 degrees lately and we have to bundle under blankets with clothes.... Really! My refrigerator does not work properly.. which they cancelled that order. When I talk to the lady in the office she insured me that it was going to be fixed ASAP but nothing has been done. As high as rent is you would assume everything would be working properly. No results

It only gets one star becausE I can’t leave a no star rating. Between a home invasion and three car brrak-ins the third resulting in my car being stolen,I wouldn’t sign a lease to make this place a doghouse for my dog.
