I’ve been here 12 days in phase 6. It’s okay! It’s super quiet during the day and then night time all you hear is LOUD neighbors talking through the walls mixed w/dogs barking constantly with chargers, challengers, & mustangs like ppl are racing. Gate code for guests does NOT work. The AT&T gained entrance with no problem. No one tells you about the remote you can get that can gain entrance faster bc who feels like sticking their hand out the window every time with that key card ???. Refrigerator noises that aren’t common. Luxe package room is too complicated you have to go in this door out this door this & that. If you have heavy packages yeah good luck. Storage door on patio opens on its own. Overall there are little noises inside the apartment in general. It is not quiet anywhere at these apartments.

Only thing I can honestly say is that it’s a quiet environment everything else is terrible here. The Maintenance team is garbage here. We moved in Sept 2nd 2021 it’s now April 2022 and they just finished putting cabinet doors up to complete our kitchen. We had a leak in our master bed room that took 2 months for someone to put new windows in the bedroom because the window we had when we moved in had holes in them. Yes our windows had holes in them. Another thing is they fixed the windows to stop the leak and we are continuing to wait for our carpet to be cleaned or replaced due to the wet rain smell. I’m over living here. Can’t wait for my lease to be up. If I could leave today without paying to break the lease I’ll be moved out of here in the next 5 minutes!!!

I wish I could give this apartment complex 10 stars. My husband and I have lived in several apartments, but Fieldstone has been the absolute best. We have lived here ~2 years and wish we could stay forever. I always feel safe with their …Wow, Brooke! We are so happy to hear you’re enjoying your home.
