If I could give zero stars I would. I was Told my coworker to go to Shea clinic bc I have Dealt with crippling dizziness for 5 years. My first appointment was made but I lost my job and had to get on my husband insurance so I rescheduled. Then I get A letter in the mail saying Dr Shea was rescheduling my appointment. Ok fine. Then I realize the appointment is during my kids VBS at church so I call The office, the girl who answered interrupted me and told me there was a flag on my account bc I rescheduled to much so I cut Her off and told her no I did Not these were the circumstances. She rudely told me she couldn’t help me. I had To speak to someone higher up and she’s transfer me. She hung up on me. I thought Maybe we were disconnected but then after trying three more times and being told I was in a que with others ahead I would Wait and each time it was my turn in the que I was Sent to Diane ( not sure of the name exactly but she was the billing dept) like they were ignoring my phone call. I left a VM and waited and decided to call back since it is Friday and my appointment was on Monday. I live Over two hours away and didn’t want to be turned away when family have taken off work to go with me. I called One more time and Diane (again not sure on name) answers right away to the main number I’d been calling which leads me to believe I was In fact being ignored and when she answered I realized They had been talking about me by how she responded. I ask Was she who I had Spoken to ab my situation she said no she wasn’t but she just hadn’t gotten around to calling me back. She then tells me I’m fine to reschedule and I said Well I just Need more information she tells me what I need All while with a attitude and I said Well is there a way I can Find out what I need To pay upfront so I can Be sure all my ducks are lined up and prepared for that. She rudely tells me they are to busy to verify everyone’s insurance bc there are to many patients for them to verify insurance until i come In to my appointment and it was my responsibility to call my insurance company to see what I have To pay. Note I’ve done THEIR job for many years and I’ve dealt with some of the biggest hospitals and facilities for years and I’ve never heard of this being done. And I told Her that and she realizes it’s ridiculous and she tells me to hold on and she will try to look for me. SHE HANGS UP ON ME! Right there they lost my business bc of the front desk workers and their attitudes. I would have NEVER treated any patient or possible patient like I was Treated ever in all my years experience. Shame on them and the fact that the Drs haven’t straightened them out to reflect their business is HUGE red flags. After seeing the other reviews I will find somewhere else to go. I pray They see these reviews and they change their attitudes. You are on the front lines of that clinic SO ACT LIKE IT AND REPRESENT THAT BUSINESS PROPERLY!!!!

I have been really bad dizzy for 6 months, went to shea ear clinic, like any other dr appointment there was wait time. I had an appointment with dr. Shea, he made his diagnosis and prescribed medication, after taking just one dose everything stopped spinning for the first time in 6 months, thank you dr shea for giving me my life back.

Quacks. Did an endoscopy procedure that qualified as surgery. Cost me a bunch in out of pocket expense because how it is coded. The doctor was zero help. Simply a hearing aid distribution center. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to get hosed.

I would give this group no stars if possible. I had a 3:30 appointment on Friday afternoon with Dr. Hall. I arrived at 3:22. An hour and one-half later, I was still waiting to be seen. I was behind another gentlemen who was still waiting …

Dr.Lim from the clinic prescribed me steroids for 2 weeks and then a diuretic for 6 months. I haven't started it yet. But she said that was their standard procedure
