Not sure where to begin, Just terrible all the way around. I wouldn't recommend this place honesty! Sometimes I can't believe how they handle things and talk to people. I've had air and heat issues since I moved in (7mths bck),plumbing issues, just always a issue. Yes things break and issues happens, the problem is the issue last to long and happens to often.

We applied for a townhome around October of last year, took forever to even get a respond, me and my husband called everyday with not one respond. They finally told us we were denied after calling for over 2weeks straight for what reason we still don’t know, just talked to someone today and they still don’t know why we were denied. The lady flat out said if we apply again it will be another denied application. SAD BUT TRUE

Yes they do, but they are pretty lenient. You might just have to pay a higher deposit.
