My partner and I visited the leasing office today to discuss renting an apartment. We thought the community as a whole seemed well-maintained, had great amenities, and a friendly & welcoming vibe. The unit we toured was clean and spacious and we immediately put in our application. Beth assisted us at the leasing office and she was absolutely delightful! I appreciated her cheerful attitude and the way she explained things to us so thoroughly and clearly. I'd been stressed about the entire apartment hunting process and she took the stress right out of it. Working with her was a breeze! I especially admire the fact that she was the only person in the office and successfully juggled three different groups of people while making everyone feel welcome. We really appreciated the fact that she was transparent with us. I was a little worried about my credit score and she assured me that there were ways that we could potentially pay more of a deposit and some other financial options that still gave us hope even if my credit was a little less than stellar. I definitely got the impression that she was hearing my concern and offering a practical solution instead of just trying to get me to blindly apply. I wish there was a Beth at every apartment!

I'm very glad to be a resident here, and have for several years. We are so blessed for this great place to live and the staff is great, in particular Beth, who has always been the Most accommodating at customer Service. All of the maintenance staff including Chris as well have been most helpful in situations. I recommend Kirby Station in East Memphis for its ability to be centrally located in everything you will need in an area of peace.

Lived at Kirby Station for 2.5 yrs from 2019-2022. The staffs were outstanding throughout my stay. Beth will go through everything and provide you with all the info/solution you need if you have concerns. We didn't experience any significant issues except pests. However, you can request additional spraying, and it worked out great for me after a while (just have to be consistent and patience with the request/spraying) If you want excellent/responsive management, a safe environment, and a competitive rate, then Kirby Station is for you. Yes, there are things that they can't offer (from the negative reviews), but I knew what I gave up for how much I wanted to pay. The location is a big plus, along with the management team. So do your research and communicate your expectation from the start.
