Pardon the double but google is picking up on both locations. This is where I entered today off of Walnut Bend and Germantown Parkway. Great place to enter and plenty of parking, close to the beach especially if you’re planning to make a day of it. I was slightly disappointed at the amount of trash left behind..

Hidden gem for swimming: aside from the bike trail, continue walking towards the Wolf River area and find a small, sandy beach to hang out and swim. It is an incredible spot for swimming and having a great time with family and friends

Yes. ON A LEASH, please and thanks. I've dealt with some who believe they're above that leash rule.
They are in the wolf River but it can vary in depth and speed but there are also many ponds and lakes in the area in Shelby farms surrounding area.
I think I saw a sign that said no fish due to contamination.... I might be mistaken
