The room was plain and hot around 3 am the a/c quit working. The pool IS green and nasty the powder eggs fake sausage was worse than McDonald's big breakfast. Hallways are nasty hot! So hot that the ice maker had ice but watery . Not impressed for the money its basically a super 8 !never again

I’ve stayed at Hilton properties all across the country and let me tell you this is the best staff I’ve ever come across, and it isn’t even close! This is the most well kept, well staffed, cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. The nicest, sweetest, people I’ve ever come across. I will pick this hotel over anything in the area even if it costs more.

I stay at a LOT of Hamptons. This one is probably bottom 3. The good... nice quiet location clean property. Parking is very limited. I had to move my first room because it smelled like a smokers lounge. I was moved to the ground floor and could hear every footstep above me all night long. My microwave hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The carpets were stained and shower had mildew in every corner. The staff was accommodating but English was not a first language so communication was difficult. The lobby was clean and updated but that's about it.

Room wasn't ready on time, but was quickly made ready. Digital key not available, likely due to room not ready I suspect. Beds were very comfortable, as expected. Hot breakfast was good.
