Well... we just got home with our brand new 2022 Honda CRV-EXL. This is our second purchase of a CRV at Miller Honda, and we will go back there for all of our car purchases. We had been Toyota drivers/owners for over 25 years, but that has all changed. The CRV is an excellent, well built vehicle, hence our 2nd purchase of one at Miller. Now...regarding the dealership...top-shelf all the way. Have you ever heard their advertisements... "Miller makes it easy"? Well, thats an understatement. Miller salespeople do EVERYTHING for you...and one salesperson in particular, Amanda Hill, is one of the most capable, thorough, customer friendly and knowlegeable salespeople we have ever dealt with ( including our days atToyota). Amanda will not let you down and it was very obvious to us that our satisfaction and happiness was her number one priority. Everyone at Miller, from Amanda, to the Service manager, Mike Lidell, to the mechanics, all treat you like your their number 1 customer. Take a ride over there and see for yourself. Thanks Miller Honda of Vestal for truly "making it easy" and just a totally pleasurable experience. We'd be totally remiss if we didnt mention Nick Tomaras the sales Manager... just a great bunch of good and decent people. Tom and Denise P. p.s. Theres also a fellow there...Jason Lott... I think he's been there for 24 or so years. He's not a salesperson, he's like a "l do just about anything out there in the lot" type of guy. Jason will bend over backwards with even the tiniest request... a "class guy" all the way!!!!!!

We recently leased our latest Honda with Miller Honda and worked with Amanda Hill. The experience was excellent as always. This is the 4th Honda we have leased through Miller and will continue to work with them for our future vehicle needs. Amanda was professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. I would highly recommend her for all your car leasing / purchasing needs!

Why drain, flush, and change the transmission fluid?? How much does this service cost?

Ida Page | Sep 25, 2019

you NEVER want to flush your transmission, the pressure of forcing out the old fluid can actually harm it. to know if your transmission fluid is good, take the end of the dipstick and wipe the tip with a clean white paper towel, if the paper towel has a bright pink stain on it, (you may need to hold it up to light to see it clearly), your fluid is fine, also smell it, if it smells burnt, it is bad, if it has a slight odor it is good, only drain and replace the fluid with what the manufacturer specifies for your make and model. lastly, if you feel the fluid and rub it between your thumb and index finger, it should feel like baby oil at first, then become slightly viscous. generally, old school mechanics vs. new school mechanics will give different advice on wether to flush and/or change the fluid. i stick to the old school of leaving it alone, unless it fails the look, smell, and touch tests.
