This store is AMAZING! The store is clean, organized and the employees are outstanding! The new management has really stepped it up in Vestal! I now shop here often and I am NEVER dissapointed!

they’re nice people working there but they are too expensive for a place that gets most everything donated. The point in going to a thrift store is to pay a cheaper price for something primarily because it’s used but sheesh I think it’s too much to pay $10 for a shirt at a thrift store

Goodwill does not accept used furniture. We occasionally get donations of new furniture that we sell in our stores, but that doesn't happen often.
No, Goodwill no longer accepts furniture. But thank you for thinking of us, and please keep us in mind when you have clothing, shoes/sneakers/boots, jewelry, handbags/briefcases, other accessories or household goods to donate.
Our only location where we sell by the pound is our outlet store in Long Island City, Queens.
Goodwill will accept any vehicle in any condition, including cars, motorcycles, boats, trailers, and snowmobiles as long as you have a clear title in your name. Pickups can be arranged within 24 to 48 hours, and free towing and a tax receipt will be provided. Most donations made at the store are sold at the store. A few textile items deemed not saleable are bailed and sold to textile recyclers and some high-end items may be sold through the Goodwill auction website, ShopGoodwill.com.
