I have a Honda Accord 2002 4 doors my car the lights inside and the car stay on even if i took out the key and turn it of my alarm system doesnt works what cuold i do how much i will be for fixing it is a car i use daily.

I dont have a owner manuel what about the system of the alarm it doesnt works the key control it use to work and now it doesnt even i put new battery and doesnt work can i take it over their to see whats going on with the alarm because i took it their to put the alarm system
