Took a really long time to laminate my 1 item. The guy who did it did not know what he was doing what so ever and seemed very confused. I’m at very unsatisfied with the customer service here!

Yes, they have a drop off shredding system. They charge by the lb.

There is no Bluetooth printing. There are ways to email, but the best way to send files is directly through the website or by bringing in a PDF on a flash drive. You can drop off the order and expect most orders back same day!
As a base rewards member you can recycle 10 psr month, you can being them all right up to the register when you check out. You do get 2$ each towards your next ink cartridges as well.
Most commercial printers use toner - they are laser printers. Staples uses laser mostly laser
