After a long drive into town, we were welcomed by Samantha. She was an absolute joy to work with! She was able to help us after an unfortunate mistake on our part. Would definitely come back just due to her hospitality!

The noise from the very close interstate (and acceleration lane) woke me up several times during the night. At checkout, the desk clerk did not bother to ask me if I enjoyed my stay. If he had, I would have complained about the noise. If I stay there again, I will demand a room on a lower level at opposite end of the hotel. We did enjoy the breakfast, hostess was courteous.

Positive: Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast set up. Negative: Wasn't as clean in bathroom as it was the previous times we stayed. Housekeeping came in room before checkout time on morning we were scheduled to leave without knocking.

Just wanted to say that Jason who was working the front desk was incredibly efficiant, friendly and a great example of what you want to encounter when checking into a hotel. He was working the desk alone and was unflustered by phone calls, requests for cribs and several families arriving at once. In addition, the breakfast area was clean, continually refilled and all staff that we encountered were friendly. Will definitely make note to stay at this hotel on our next trip through Georgia.
