I am a local truck driver and I normally stop at this McDonald's a few times a week for lunch or dinner. After today's experience I probably will not be back for a while, or at least until they get in New Management.. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo meal with a mocha frappe as the drink. They handed me a kids size cup with the frappe, no whipped cream or topping. Stood there and told me a bald-faced lie right to my face in front of a man when they literally handed him a frappe the same of which I ordered the way it was supposed to be and gave me the junk. I even tried calling McDonald's corporate phone number and hit nothing but roadblocks. One thing I can do is quit ordering food at McDonald's period Because of how these people have done and about how their corporate office seems to care about their customers...

They always get your order wrong. After leaving the drive through already I discovered my sprite was bad. I have been at this McDonald's several times and I still give them one stars. They always want you to pull forward to wait on your food. When they bring your food out, it's still wrong. Breakfast times is even worse. Who ever owns this McDonald's needs better management..

Went there May 28 at around 10:15. Small line outside so went inside. Waited 7 or 8 minutes at counter and no one came. 1 family of 4 were the only one waiting on order inside. They got there food after 5 or 6 minutes. I went to use kiosk and it did not respond. Left without ordering as I cose McDonald's because it is "fast" food. Waffle House would have been faster

We stopped on our way from Fl to Mi with 4 thirsty horses. I asked if they had a hose outside to get them water. The sweet Manager had 3 team members bring out 4 of our buckets full of water. Great crew!!! Many thanks!
