Are they too lazy at midnight to answer the phone. I've called six times and they only pick up and hang up

Most of the time they ain't enough ppl period

Most of the time there isnt enough people to cover night shift efficiently so the few that are there are running themselves to death trying like hell to cover their job and someone elses if not more and that means cookin your food while maintaining a clean area as well as the rest of the cleaning around the rest of the store while restocking the holding coolers by the grills and fryers for the morning shift and when your already pulled as tight as a crew can get is when someone gets mad and walks out so now they already know they are going to get cussed out all night for slow service so they decide to take their time and not listen to what anyone has to say .

Depends on who's working and if they have a rush or not.
