We absolutely love the Appalachian Grill! Our favorite meal on the menu is their Namesake & there's always enough in their generous portion to take home & have the next day! The Service is always Excellent & the Atmosphere Fun & Friendly. Restaurant is clean and the Bar area is nice if you just want a drink & lite food. We are already planning our next trip back!

The food is absolutely delicious. They cooked my salmon to perfection! The shrimp bisque was delicious and we loved our sides of brussel sprouts and collard greens. Also, despite being short-staffed, the service was amazing. Our server was super friendly but also very efficient. We visited while travelling but will definitely go again if we have the opportunity!

This was the best place I have been to in Cartersville. The wait was worth the food. We shared a calamari, I had a salad and the dish I included a photo of: bratwurst, kielbasa, scallops, and shrimp over crispy fried spinach and crispy potato hash.

No, they DO NOT take reservations. It’s strictly first come, first serve. They do not seat incomplete parties either. In order to be sat, your whole party needs to be there.

I'm not sure we didnt have that but I will tell you nothing is overly spiced. Clean tasting food. The asparagus is AMAZING!! Hope this helps.
