I lived at The Hub for a year and was so sad that I had to move, due to relocating with my job. This is the type of community you would stay at for years, and my exceptional experience extended beyond my move out, which is just an even greater testament to this world class management team! Heather, Sheila, Marie - amazing ladies, and thank you so much for helping with mail and packages in our transition! I had a beautiful 3rd floor apartment, with high ceilings, facing the court yard and pool, with great sunsets, and I just loved it! Maintenance requests were always responded to promptly, questions, concerns, which were few and far between, always addressed promptly! Exceptional amenities! I even had terrific neighbors, which you don’t always come by in apartment communities. You are walking distance to the grocery store, and several great childcare options, and less than 10 mins from historic Folsom, which is always fun. I absolutely adored by time here and highly recommend The Hub to anyone seeking a new home!

Loved this property until we noticed the plethora of cockroaches that appear to be all over the property. Whenever we walk our dog, we always see them. This morning, there was a huge one in our garage. A dead one on our balcony. I could go on and on. Note that we keep our apartment clean at all times and other residents have said the same about their living situation. Makes me very uneasy and uncomfortable every day living here. It’s disgusting, disappointing and not what I’d expect from “luxury living.”
